Casa Pablo, a recently built home in St Bart’s, appears to be seamlessly integrated into its natural environment. This is evident where the sands of Grand Cul de Sac appear to run right underneath the villa’s swimming pool, as well as the natural rock wall behind the house. This charming home has four bedrooms, three bathrooms, a fully-equipped contemporary kitchen, a lovely heated infinity swimming pool, large terrace, open-concept living area, sundeck, gas barbecue and many other features. It can comfortably sleep up to eight people. Natural materials are used throughout the property to add to the feeling of being at one with nature.
This home has four bedrooms and three bathrooms. All rooms are equipped with ultra-plush King beds, air conditioning and programmable safes. Two of the four bedrooms are located on the same level as the common area, one features an ensuite bathroom. One has a bathtub, while the other has an outdoor shower and a bathtub that is integrated into the stone. The living area leads to the two remaining bedrooms, which are located one floor below. Each room has a shared bathroom. Bedroom 1 occupants have access to a private terrace for a private, relaxing space.
Heated Pool
The outdoor areas are simply stunning. The property's main attraction is the heated infinity pool, which runs almost the length of the house. It is equipped with steps, benches, and lighting for evening swims. There is a small deck just outside one of the bedrooms that makes it look like it is floating above the pool. It makes for a great spot to relax with a book, or simply to enjoy the beautiful view. Next to the pool are plenty of sun loungers that are comfortable enough to relax with a book or sunbathe. Enjoy an evening spent grilling a fresh meal on the gas barbecue.
The spacious indoor areas, which include a living room, dining area and kitchen space, will amaze you. The living room is a cosy space where you can relax on super comfy sofas. You can also watch movies on the smart TV with satellite channels. Or, take in the beautiful views from the covered terrace while enjoying a glass of chilled vino. The discreetly located kitchen is equipped with an oven, microwave, refrigerator and toaster. A separate freezer allows for quick and easy preparation of snacks and meals. You can enjoy meals around the large kitchen island table, or outside on the covered terrace. Our concierge team can arrange for a private chef to prepare gourmet meals or a wine sommelier, for an additional fee.

Casa Pablo is 5 minutes from several restaurants and Gustavia, St Bart’s red-roofed capital, is only 20 minutes away. This is a small town that is ideal for shopping. It has a lot of chic boutiques, duty-free shops, and art galleries. The quieter St Jean Beach, which is about 15 minutes away, is the island's famous beach. It is great for swimming, people watching, and playing. There are also many bistros and bars that offer toe-in-the sand dining.
