Villa Loukoko

Villa Loukoko's 3 bedrooms are located on the left and right wings of the living rooms, but they don't connect. Each room has a special, distinct feature: all walls are made of glass. They also have ensuite bathrooms , as well as their own terraces with chairs, giving guests the best of the ocean views.

The villa's outdoor area includes a terrace deck and an infinity-edge swimming pool , with a covered section for alfresco dining and lounging. The unique feature of this terrace is the hidden TV in the floor which can be raised up to view something outdoors by guests, or it can be hidden back to its original position so it feels more like a normal terrace. One level lower is the outdoor parking area, which can be accessed via either the external or internal staircase. You will find a small garden retreat just a few steps up from the main floor which is a great place to do quiet meditation or yoga.

The living room and fully-equipped kitchen are connected by an open plan layout, sharing a single open space. A skylight above adds a sense of wonder and spatiality. The interiors are modern and minimalist but feel homey thanks to the abundance of artwork and colours . The indoor parking garage can also be used by guests as a game room, which includes a foosball and ping pong tables.

Villa Loukoko's dedicated staff will treat guests to the highest level of hospitality. To help with any requests, arrangements or organising, the in-house concierge is available 24/7. A housekeeping team cleans the villa every day except Sundays and public holidays. Guests will also be given a gift package that includes Hermes toiletries and other pampering items upon their arrival.
