The master bedroom is located on the parking level in a separate bungalow. The master bedroom features an outdoor shower and a private terrace overlooking the ocean. The other three bedrooms feature balconies, and the two guest bedrooms are on the opposite side of the parking lot. Each bedroom has an outdoor shower, whilst the top floor unit includes an outdoor kitchen, a large terrace and three additional guest bedrooms. Each bedroom has a queen-size bed as well as American satellite TV.
The stunning outdoor area surrounds the villa with greenery and a large garden. It also offers breathtaking views of the ocean. An outdoor bar, an alfresco dining area, an outdoor Jacuzzi, an infinity pool, small swimming pools, a pool with a shower, private access to the beach, deck chairs and sun loungers are all part of the villa's amenities.
