The apartment is located in Gustavia's Colony Club complex, just a few minutes walk from Gustavia harbour. Because of its central location and the many amenities, it is a well-known complex. The common areas include the swimming pool, which is surrounded with loungers. It's centrally located, but it still has a peaceful ambiance thanks to the abundance of greenery all around. You can enjoy the beautiful views from the wide balcony. From here, you can see the harbour, the ocean and the city.

The space is large and includes a living and dining area which feature a large sofa and chairs as well as a modern coffee table. Like the bedroom, it is also air-conditioned. The bedroom is located on the upper level via a staircase. Behind the staircase is the dining area. You can also dine out on the balcony if you wish. You will find a microwave, oven, toaster and blender in the kitchen.

Colony Club is ideal for a couple, although the large bed allows one child to sleep comfortably with their parents. The living room sofa doubles as a bed if necessary.
